TUITION is due with the first lesson of the month, for the entire month in advance.
LATE PAYMENTS must be assessed an $8.00 late charge if payment is not made by the 7th of the month.
CHECKS should be made payable to Jim E. Anderson. Any check returned by your bank will require a $20.00 bank fee.
CANCELLATIONS will not result in a refund or credit and require a 24 hour notice. No-shows, late 10 minutes or more, or less than 24 hour notice result in charged lessons. A paid lesson reserves the agreed upon time for instruction. Illness, school holidays or field trips are the only excused absences. I will make every effort to offer a make-up lesson if there is an opening in the schedule. If a student misses two lessons in a month, their time slot may be given away. Student must notify instructor of planned vacation from lessons three weeks in advance. Student will notify instructor when he or she intends to discontinue lessons.
